Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm course for faculty

The IPP (Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm) course for faculty was conducted at Loreto College by Prof.Charlotte Simpson Veigas from St. Xavier's College on 3rd December, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The programme focused on the application of Ignatian pedagogical principles, reflective teaching practices, and effective faculty engagement to enhance the teaching-learning process. The session also encouraged newly joined faculty members to integrate critical reflection and value-based education into their classroom practices.
